Bobtown Cleaning Services provides property cleaning and mobile car wash/detailing services. By booking, purchasing, or using our services or this website (bobtowncleaningservices.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1) Services
We offer pressure washing, mobile car wash & detailing, and related add-ons as listed on our site. We may refuse, modify, or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or outside our scope.
2) Quotes, Pricing & Payment
Quotes/estimates are based on the information you provide and normal site conditions; actual pricing may change after on-site inspection.
Unless stated otherwise, payment is due upon completion. We accept the payment methods presented at booking or on site.
Late or declined payments may incur fees and service suspension.
Promotions, discounts, and coupons cannot be combined unless expressly stated and may be changed at any time.
3) Scheduling, Arrival & Access
Appointment windows indicate arrival estimates, not guaranteed start times.
You must provide safe access to water, power (if needed), parking, and the areas to be serviced.
If we arrive and cannot start due to access issues, unsafe conditions, or inaccuracies in the booking, a trip or cancellation fee may apply.
4) Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or denied access may incur a fee up to the minimum service charge.
Severe weather or hazards may require rescheduling at our discretion without penalty.
5) Condition of Property & Vehicles
Property/vehicle must be free of fragile items, personal belongings, and debris. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn/oxidized paint, failing clear coat, loose trim, cracked seals, dry-rotted materials, or leaks that become visible after cleaning.
For pressure washing: delicate surfaces (e.g., aged wood, failing paint, loose mortar, damaged screens) may not be serviceable.
For detailing: we may decline services if aftermarket equipment or modifications pose risk.
6) Results & Limitations
Cleaning improves appearance; it is not a restoration unless specifically quoted. Some stains (oil, rust, tannin, efflorescence, oxidation, deep etching) may lighten but not fully remove.
Headlight restoration and polishing reduce haze/swirls but cannot correct deep damage without additional services.
Time frames for protection products (wax/sealant) depend on driving, weather, and maintenance.
7) Satisfaction Policy
Tell us within 48 hours of service if something was missed. We’ll assess and, if warranted, re-clean the affected area at no additional cost. Refunds are at our sole discretion.
8) Safety & Compliance
We follow reasonable safety practices and use professional equipment and detergents per manufacturer guidance.
You agree not to direct us to perform unsafe or non-compliant tasks and to keep people and pets away from work areas.
9) Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bobtown is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, loss of use, or diminished value.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Bobtown harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, unsafe conditions under your control, or misuse of the services.
10) Property/Vehicle Photos & Work Documentation
With your service, you grant us permission to take before/after photos or short videos for documentation, quality control, and training. We will not display identifiable addresses, license plates, or personal information in marketing without your consent.
11) Materials & Environmental Practices
We may use detergents, degreasers, sealants, and protectants appropriate to the task. You acknowledge water use and runoff controls may be required; we will follow reasonable best practices and local rules.
12) Third-Party Services & Links
Our website may link or integrate third-party tools (e.g., maps, scheduling, payments, chat). Those providers’ terms apply to their services.
13) Gift Cards, Packages & Prepaid Services
Prepaid balances and gift certificates are non-transferable, may carry expiration dates if stated, and are redeemable only for services offered at the time of redemption.
14) Minors
Services must be booked by an adult who is authorized to permit work on the property or vehicle.
15) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, power outages, labor shortages, accidents, acts of government).
16) Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution; if unresolved, disputes may be brought in small claims court or submitted to non-binding mediation in Orange County, Florida. Each party bears its own fees unless a statute provides otherwise.
17) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
18) Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any written quote or work order, are the entire agreement between you and Bobtown regarding the services and supersede prior communications.
